Best Mazda dealership I have ever been to. Xavier the service tech is always 10/10, I always hear Kassi at service working hard and doing right by customers. Mauricio, the salesman who helped me get my 2025 CX-30 was top notch!! He answered a text on his day off to help me out when I mistakenly texted him on Sunday when they were closed. Keith in finance was amazing as well. Great team, great dealership, and when I move further away from Denton, I'll still bring my car here.

Service department has poor communication. Had a 2:30 appt on Friday. Told I would receive call by end of day for completion time. No phone call. I call sat morning. They had not even looked at veh yet. I call at 2:30 and they were finally looking at it. Pick up vehicle at 5 they had not even completed the work I asked to be done.

My first visit to have my car serviced here and I was very pleased. Patsy and Javiar (Jose) kept me well-informed, gave me a quote on replacement of the water sensor and a shock absorber, and completed the work. The Service Manager, John , was very pleasant and assisted me when I was making my final payment. The final bill was above what the original estimate was, but John worked with me to settle it in an economical manner. I will definitely be returning. Many thanks to all involved.

I took my phone to the dealer to get some work on it. Asked them to check both mirrors because there weren’t working the said the divers side mirror was broken but the other is fine. Got it home and the passenger side mirror doesn’t work! They had my car almost a week! They told me it was going to be done in two days. I had to keep calling to find out the status on my car… so disappointed

My wife and I have been thinking about updating her SUV, and Chris Garner got us into an absolutely lovely CX-90 Signature Edition. Right trim level, right color... and the right price too according to TrueCar. I purchased a Mazda 6 Touring Edition from Denton Mazda back in 2020, had it serviced their without fail, and will continue to take our two Mazdas back because these guys get it, it's about the customers, not the social media likes or the hype.

They worked so well with me to get a new car and I had no credit history at all !

Great sales and service staff

The service is wonderful and helpful. We have at least 4 cars from them and have always felt like family. The only problem is the call center that is off campus. They need better training.

Garold was very pleasant to work with. He explained what they were doing & they were done within 2 hours. He also explained about my tires & when the next oil change would be due. Couldn’t be happier with the service & his explanations.


Our last experience leasing with Chris was so postive, we asked for him to assist us a second time. Working with Andrew is finance was wonderful as well!

Came from out of state to purchase car. Car was prepared, paperwork ready and I was able to leave with my car in well under an hour. DJ the salesperson was excellent!

I dropped my Mazda 6 off on a Thursday night and had it back on the following Tuesday and was provided a very nice cx 70 to drive while work was being done on my vehicle. From start to finish, the customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the work they do is fantastic. I've seen other reviews complaining about wait times, so I'd like to weigh in on that. I strongly recommend accounting for the wait if you're putting in a work order. Based on my experiences, an appointment simply places you in the queue. It does not guarantee the work will begin immediately upon arrival.
It may take some time, but I infinitely prefer waiting for quality work over a fast turnaround with subpar results.

When I picked ip the Madza on April 22, 2025. The Battery was dead, the service Guy that I went to get, only jumped the battery, he said that it was sitting in the Sun for a couple of days. He asked me how far do I dive home, he said it will charge by then.

Service was okay. Not great experience, I told to check on why I’m getting a sound on slow speed. I was ignored, I was expecting a test drive to be done to ensure customer satisfaction is there, but it wasn’t done.

Amos and Chris were very accommodating and straight forward with all information provided to me.

I have a 2021 CX9 Grand Touring, took it in to be serviced (oil change and alignment checked) and there was a very small communication hiccup between the service techs and the service advisor which made the service longer than anticipated, HOWEVER, because of this they took care of me and the service. Not to mention in our small talk I was guided on how to handle an unfortunate situation when I bought my car and showed me a 2025 CX90 that I’m considering now.

I had a wonderful experience! I went for an oil change. I’m used to waiting hours for my car to be serviced even with an appointment. I was out in an hour! Staff was very friendly when I had questions about other services.
