They refused to transfer my brand new Disabled Veteran license plates to my new vehicle because "I wasn't trading a car in and they couldn't prove that I wasn't going to be running the other vehicle without plates". Very disappointed with the service. I scheduled an appointment and was told service would be an hour even with the appointment. There was an error in my email address and they told me they could fix it until my next visit.

I just had the best experience purchasing a new car in many years . The price was agreed upon prior to my visit through email. I arrived at dealership , test drove car, when thought an instruction using all the cars electronics and last went through financials and signing contract . With that said my appointment was at 10:00 AM and I was driving home in new car at 11:02


Iāve been a loyal customer of Mazda for 5 years. The service department technician in Denton who was in charge of my car lacked knowledge and professionalism. We came in for a BSM (Blind Spot Monitoring System) related issue and were told the āfront facing camera,ā which is not related to the BSM system at all, was the problem. Also, I got an email from Mazda with a total price of $31.95 for an oil change, and at the register, they did not respect that price and charged $70 plus tax, calling the email a āmistake.ā

Service is flexible and accommodating. Always prompt and thorough. Helpful when it's needed. Shuttle by Caleb is readily available and courteous. Love my Mazda and they keep it in top shape.

I've owned 11 Mazdas dating back to 1973. I always get the very best service at a dealership. I purchased my first 3 Mazdas in Maryland and since moving to Texas I have purchased the other 8. Denton (formerly Classic) Mazda is my go-to when purchasing cars. I only have my cars serviced in Denton and for good reason. They do it right. They have a great team looking after my cars. When it's done right, there's no reason to go anywhere else.

Went in for howling sound coming from back tires, turned out it was the wheel hub - I got ride back home using their shuttle service, driver is Caleb who went above and beyond and delivered an item I accidentally left in my car (had to leave for repair) even after I forgot it and he already given me a ride home. Wow Talk about customer service ! Central scheduling made an appointment for the same day . I drive 2 hrs to get there and the service counter said they could not fit me in I said , they said it was a locked in appointment. Well The lady at the service desk said let me shuffle some things around , the shop Forman got involved and they made it happen ! The team work is amazing there and everyone wants to help out ! Had multiple services done including an engine tune up, spark plugs, all fluids flushed and replaced. The car was returned to me with the Engine light still on and was Told I had to get in the queue to address it. The Check Engine light was not included in the list of services needed . I left angry and questioning the competence of the technician and did not appreciate the sarcasm of the service manager.

Great dealership. Got us scheduled for our appointment in 24 hours. The dealership we purchased from had a backup for over 2 weeks. Just a 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation.
