Chris Garner is the best! Honest, kind, accommodating, just like a buddy being honest on what youāre getting, etc etc. No xx. I felt confident I knew myself, we found a wonderful car, truly superb, only to be hit with a massive identity crisis. āWho am I?ā For about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Thankfully my questions were answered and I am in fact who I thought I was! 10/5 best experience ever! Truly! I cannot believe how wonderful the service department is at Denton Mazda. We bought a used Mazda from a private seller and brought it here to get checked out. They were so thorough and even made videos for me that I could review later. There was also no pressure to do anything right then and there, which I was so grateful for. They even wiped down the interior with leather oil and washed the outside. On top of it, they didnāt charge me anything!
This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at this location. The staff were so helpful and friendly! They explained everything well and made the process easy. Will be returning for future visits.
