No manipulative tactics. Upfront, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt generally happy with the experience, and though it took a long time, as all of these transactions do, and I never once thought there was an unnecessary attempt to upsell something I did not want.

The dealership is great! The folks are friendly, responsible, eager to work with and for you! They are knowledgeable and ask the questions that you don’t know you need to! This was my 1st visit to Denton Mazda service department and it won’t be the last. The service department was very efficient and there was a nice area to wait (& work).

First time serving at Denton Mazda, very professional and prompt. Showroom was bright and beautiful but I arrived early in the morning while still dark and their parking lot lights were not on, I almost missed the entrance.
